| Job Duties: | Provide technical support to elaborate the client’s design intent & operation requirements, and to advise the work scope of consultancy proposals. Manage the consultants in aspects of their timely delivery & quality of working drawings in fulfilling client's needs, and liaise with the consultants to enhance client's design intent. Manage and review the landscape design for all interior gardens and exterior landscapes. Works included are plant materials, water features, pottery, paving and lighting effects. Lead presentations to government agencies for all aspects of landscape design. Manage landscape costing and provide quality project within defined budget. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree holder in Landscape Architectural or equivalent in relevant discipline; Holder of Professional Membership or equivalent is highly preferable; Preference will be given to applicants having over 10 years of relevant design experience in Landscape Architectural and with a minimum of 3 years construction management or project management experience in managerial positions gained within building contractors or developers, 3 years of which was taking up a management role on large scale projects;Experience in large scale hotel and casino construction is required; Well organized, self-initiative and with good communication and problem-solving skills; Able to work under tight schedule and pressure; Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words, Project, PowerPoint etc); Good command of preferably written and spoken English and Chinese. |
