| Job Duties: | - Do all civil engineering works, specially in civil works and construction project management. - Do project auto CAD drawing/detailing for project presentation and planning. - Prepare project scheduling of manpower, materials and equipment. - Prepare Project Scope of Works, Project Schedule and Duration of Works. - Analysis of Bid Schedule, Project Cost Estimate and Project Costing. - Do Project Cost Estimate, Project Forecasting and Reporting. - Do Project monitoring for Quality and Quantity Control of Materials and Manpower Workmanships. - Do Auto CAD drawings and plans for any project assigned. - Doing reports for Project Accomplishment revisions and actual accomplishments. - Prepare all project permits for Zoning, DEQ, CRM, BECQ, DPW, etc. - Prepare all documents related to gov't/agencies' permits. - Works in project job site and/or office when necessary. - Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | - Must be a graduate of five(5) year degree in Civil Engineering course. - Should be a licensed Civil Engineer (Registered/Certified) from his country where he graduated from or country point of origin. - Must have ten(10) or more years experience working in the CNMI as a Civil Engineer. - Must have at least ten(10) years experience in horizontal (roads, sewer, water lines, etc.) and vertical (buildings, residential housing, etc.) construction projects. - Must have a knowledge in AUTO CAD, and any other computer related works for Civil Engineering and Construction Management. - Must have a minimum of ten(10) working experience for Project Cost Estimating, Planning, Project Scheduling, Project Supervision, Project Monitoring mostly in civil works and project construction in Saipan. - Can prepare all Bidding Documents, attend gov't. project bidding, do project study, attend pre-bidding meeting and project bidding. - Must have knowledge and experience of Construction Project Safety. - Can be assigned in project site and/or office works, whenever needed. - Can deal with the project owner, gov't. inspector, and all project visitors. - Can do Project Cost Estimate, Project Scheduling, Project Accomplishment Monitoring, Reporting and Project Evaluation. - Have knowledge in Planning, Shop Drawings,Project Submittals, Project Specification Analysis, and all Project computer work related documentations. |
