| Job Duties: | Utilize business intelligence tools to create interactive reports and dashboards to help management understand the business trend and make data-driven decisions; Analyze business trends and KPIs related to gaming performance, customer behavior, casino operation and maintenance etc; Perform data segmentation and observe customer behavior to help design appropriate marketing campaigns; Perform regular data quality audits on exisiting data in the data warehouse; Perform related duties and responsibilities as required; Assist with financial reporting and analysis related to gaming operations; Resolve service problems according to established guidelines; |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related disciplines; Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CRM and casino analytics; Experience in data analysis, casino analytics is preferred; Expertise with R, SAS or other data analysis software is preferred; Experience with relational databases, SQL, and other programming languages is preferred; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
