| Job Duties: | • Lead and responsible for the HR&A (Human Resources & Administration) day-to-day tasks. • Support management by providing HR&A advice, strategies planning, labor counsel, labor risk assessment, business decisions, analyzing information, applications, and etc. • Implement HR&A strategy by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, recruiting, employment process, compensation and benefits, human resources information system, succession planning, employee relations, visa processing, orientation and training programs, etc. • Formulate Local & Global HR&A strategies and plans adhere Company business objectives. • Lead a team as HR Partner dealing with Hotel and F&B Operations departmental for their day-to-day human resources issues. • Prepare and implement long-term strategies in driving Local Talents/Candidates apply positions with company. • Manage and monitor search, interview, and offer management process for candidates who apply position with the company. • Review, assist and understand departmental human resources needs and objectives and implement effective strategies and plans. • Assist departmental to prepare FTE budget and headcounts annual plan, review, analysis from time to time and obtain approval from Group Human Resources. • Review and implement competitive strategies for Compensation & Benefits plans for the Company. • Manage and negotiate with external parties related in providing Human Resources services. • Provide resources, training and coaching to team members. • Drive ad-hoc projects as required. • Perform and complete other tasks assign from Management in timely manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must possesses with Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management or Human Resources related discipline. • Must possesses with 10 years’ experience in Human Resources field, which 7 years’ in Casino Resort industry from Asia Region. • Must possesses at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role from Casino Resort from Asia Region with total FTE employees not less than 15,000. • Must possesses with 2 or more Pre-Opening experience in Casino Resort from Asia Region, and each resort total FTE employees not less than 6,000. • Must possesses with Global Recruitment experience. • Must possesses with Hotel Management Operations knowledge from leading 5 Star Luxury Hotel Brand. • Excellent communications and leadership skills is highly required. • Fluent in English in both speaking and writing. Ability in other language such as Chinese, Japanese, Korea or other is highly preferred. |
