Job Title: Assistant Director - Loyalty Marketing
Job Duties: Assist the Director – Loyalty Club to carry out Loyalty Club strategies and liaise with other related department to ensure Loyalty Club related projects are efficiently and effectively carried out; Supervise the Loyalty Club team (both over-the-counter and on-floor services), allocate work among team members and provide on-floor guidance and services; Act as the assistant to the Director – Loyalty Club in coordinating for the department’s budgeting, hiring, training, orientations, and teammate “culturization”, and supervision of associates, as well as over-the-counter and on-floor club operations, loyalty programming, club maintenance, compliance adherence, and customer services. Apply relevant and necessary marketing techniques to drive member usage of club services, member self-service kiosk; assure member and guest needs and desires are consistently met and often exceeded. Establish a strong and highly visible and respectful presence with the membership, must be an exceptional communicator Possess excellent personal interactive skills and the maturity to know how to make members and guest feel that they are consistently being taken care of and be able to communicate these expectations to a diverse staff and positively motivate them to understand and execute to those expectations. Closely work with other key department heads especially with regard to the loyalty program(s) and promotions. Perform all job duties as required by management. Manage the new hire on-boarding process and foster career advancement by providing leadership, on-going training, coaching, performance reviews and regular feedback; Ensure good communication internally among the team and with other departments to uphold efficiency and effectiveness as the team functions; Monitor, update and enforce departmental SOPs and policies as necessary and make sure they are being followed; Deal with immediate complaints and operation issues, escalate matter appropriately; Have a full understanding of all products, facilities available, entertainment, upcoming events promotions, member benefits etc. and introduce to potential customers.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree of equivalent. Work Experience: At least 5 years solid experience in club service operations, casino customer service, casino marketing, and/or casino promotions. At least 3 years supervisory experience in casino service operations, or relevant marketing experience in a customer service oriented environment at supervisory level. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, sociable personality and courteous attitude, with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with staff and the public; Knowledge of business English, proper spelling, grammar, punctuation and basic mathematics; Ability to analyze operational procedures/loopholes and set standards and procedures to improve operational efficiencies. Ability to understand performance analysis and is sensitivity to numbers. Adaptability to a fast evolving business environment and operating condition. Independent with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated; Must have schedule flexibility and be able to work on weekends. Team spirit - willingness to learn and self-develop while helping and working closely with others in the team; Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures relating to performance management; Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Conversational in either Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean and/or Japanese; Fluent in written Chinese, Korean, and/or Japanese is a plus; Ability to type/input Chinese, Korean, and/or Japanese characters is a plus.
