Job Title: Senior Representative - Loyalty Club
Job Duties: Handle day-to-day operation duties, handle enquiries, requests from customers, and activities related to club members, escalate matter appropriately; Provide prompt, accurate, welcoming, and excellent customer service to incoming guests. Ensure all club areas, desks, satellite host stations, and counters are in tidy condition and functioning orderly. Work closely and well communicate with all operation teams including F&B, Hospitality and other concerned departments to deliver services efficiently; Sign up players, update member info on database, provide customers with information regarding the property and its amenities, greet buses, promote and assist the execution of in-house promotions and events on a continual basis; Carry out marketing/follow up calls on a regular basis as a part of routine duty assignment; Help oversee the functioning of kiosks, the tracking of club collateral stocks and supplies; Issue promotional amenities, e.g. assist on draw tickets issuance, redemption for players, comp vouchers, club points merchandize, reward items etc. to coordinate with the running casino promotions and events; Input accurate records in system and maintains inventory control logs; Establish professional and welcoming contacts with players and contribute to guest satisfaction by displaying quality customer service; Assist in updating daily operation documents, such as task checklists and log sheets, attend training and shift briefings; Perform all job duties as required by management. Have a full understanding of all products, facilities available, entertainment, upcoming events promotions, member benefits etc. and introduce to potential customers; Adhere to departmental SOPs and company policies in an ethical manner and encourage others to do the same; Resolve service problems according to established guidelines;

Qualification Requirements: Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year work experience in club service operations, frontline hospitality or casino marketing and promotions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Good interpersonal and numeric skills, organized, outgoing personality and courteous attitude. Adaptability a fast evolving business environment and operating condition. Be able to problem solve under time constraint and adopt the resource available. Independent with sense of responsibility and self-motivated. Customer service oriented. Must have schedule flexibility and be able to work on shifts round the clock, including nights weekends and holidays as need. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Conversational in either Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean and/or Japanese; Fluent in written Chinese, Korean, and/or Japanese is a plus; Ability to type/input Chinese, Korean, and/or Japanese characters is a plus.
