Job Title: Assistant Director - Loyalty Marketing and Casino Events
Job Duties: Assist the director to lead a team of approximately 10 – 15 staff in Saipan locally. Provide continuous training to stakeholders on the overall loyalty program and any new initiatives. Monitor KPI, deliver regular updates about the local status and provide suggestions for improvements to the corporate. Oversees loyalty strategy to build loyalty programs and related casino promotions/events; Liaise with marketing teams and related stakeholders on marketing strategy alignment to corporate roadmap; Responsible for loyalty program’s growth; Manage all casino-related commination, printed and digital collaterals, and loyalty program transactional activities; Oversee loyalty marketing costs, including but not limited to rewards, marketing, vendor management, and administrative costs; Provide continuous training to stakeholders on the overall loyalty program and any new initiatives; Build and maintain relationships with business partners to strengthen brand awareness and customer acquisition. Have a full understanding of all products, facilities available, entertainment, upcoming events promotions, member benefits etc. and introduce to potential customers; Resolve service problems according to established guidelines;

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree in Casino Management/Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines; Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM or Loyalty Marketing and Promotion & Events, with at least 2+ years managerial level experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Familiar and skilled with CRM systems, Patron Management or similar systems; Analytical and can practically deliver loyalty marketing disciplines, familiar with customer segmentation and CRM strategies; Proven track-record working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction; Experience in MNC and multi-cultural environment, understand Chinese markets; Highly motivated, team builder, energetic, flexible, international mindset; Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation creation; Fluent in English and conversational in Cantonese and/or Mandarin; Fluent in written Chinese is a plus; Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate (Write/Speak) in Cantonese and/or Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
