| Job Title: | Assistant Manager - Loyalty Marketing |
| Job Duties: | Assist Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the Loylaty Marketing team and execute loyalty marketing strategies to build the loyalty program; Design and manage communications plan focused on attracting, developing, and retaining customers; Work closely with gaming data analysts to establish metrics to measure campaign/program success; Understand and respond to the needs of customers and develop plans to attract them; Design and deliver marketing campaigns that are data-driven and segment-focused with accountability for the effectiveness of the campaigns; Streamline and automate fulfillment processes for member enrolment, member benefits, campaign fulfillment, and program benefits; Manage loyalty program performance and customer activity reporting to address areas including segmentation, ROI and profitability impact, benefits usage. Recommend adjustments to the program reasonably; Manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders to coordinate delivery of effective program and campaign; Manage staffing needs and ensure proper work schedules necessary to implement marketing campaigns. Have a full understanding of all products, facilities available, entertainment, upcoming events promotions, member benefits etc. and introduce to potential customers; Resolve service problems according to established guidelines; |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor degree in Casino Management/Marketing/Business Administration or related disciplines; Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in gaming, events, MICS, hospitality, leisure field and with at least 1 years managerial level experience; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Possess knowledge of CRM systems, Patron Management or similar systems; Analytical and can practically deliver loyalty marketing disciplines, familiar with customer segmentation and CRM strategies; Proven track-record working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction; Experience in MNC and multi-cultural environment, understand Chinese markets; Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Possess knowledge of CRM systems, Bally CRM, IGT Patron Management or similar systems is a plus; Knowledge in IGT Media Manager, IGT Service Window, NexGen is a plus; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Highly motivated, team builder, energetic, flexible, international mindset; Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese/Mandarin/Chinese (Written/Spoke) is preferred. |
