Job Title: Senior Loyalty Marketing Executive
Job Duties: Design and manage casino marketing/events and communications plan focused on attracting, developing, and retaining customers; Support the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and their related functions. Co-ordinate and provide campaigns information briefings and communications to all staff. Liaise with Gaming Analysis team to establish metrics to measure campaign/program success, prepare and update reports for different marketing campaigns, and maintain system database data cleaniness; Understand and respond to the needs of customers and develop plans to attract them; Contact customers to inform about campaigns and promotions Contribute to finding new and improve campaigns ideas. Assist in preparing monthly marketing program performances. Update department SOP’s, customer information, and expenses information into the appropriate database; Assist and coordinate with Loyalty Marketing Manager in all aspects to ensure work conducted professionally Have a full understanding of all products, facilities available, entertainment, upcoming events promotions, member benefits etc. and introduce to potential customers; Resolve service problems according to established guidelines; Perform other tasks as assigned by Senior Management.

Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gaming Management, or Marketing related fields; Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in gaming, events, MICS, hospitality, leisure field. Experience in casino campaigns, property events, sales & marketing support or administration is a plus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Possess knowledge of CRM systems, Bally CRM, IGT Patron Management or similar systems is a plus; Knowledge in IGT Media Manager, IGT Service Window, NexGen is a plus; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Highly motivated, energetic, flexible, international mindset; Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Possession of SQL, SAS & Patron Management knowledge is a plus Ability to draw conclusions from analysis is a plus Proficient with MS Office and data manipulation; Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin/Chinese (Written/Spoken) is a plus.
