Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Duties: Responsible for the project pre planning and design, type selection, cost control and projects electromechanical construction management work, organize drawing inspection, technical disclosure. Familiar with the project site installation construction process, able to grasp and resolve the problems arising in the course of mechanical and electrical construction process in a timely manner. Responsible for progress of the project process in mechanical engineering, technical quality, safe and civilized construction management and cost control. Responsible for coordination and management of the project construction unit, and is responsible for monitoring electrical and professional technical quality work. Organization of construction acceptance process and completion of record works.

Qualification Requirements: Must be a college graduate with minimum of 2 years experience as a Electrical Engineer. More than 5 years of experience in building electrical design or project management, experience in construction management of large projects and has experience in five-star hotel projects. Has an excellent professional technical level, familiar with the mechanical and electrical professional standards and procedures, and is familiar with the latest technology development. Familiar with the construction specifications and approval procedures of building electrical, intelligent building and electric power distribution engineering.Understands the professional cooperation during the project design process. Must have good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
