Job Duties: Human Resource: Develop organization strategies by dentifying and researching human resources issues; Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, incl. talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development , safety and health, employee relations and retention and labor relations Manages human resources operations in Beijing, HK and Saipan offices by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training ,coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation. Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising managements on needed actions Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values. Public Relations: Develop PR strategies, campaigns , and initiatives to improve public perception of company. Coordinate relations across Beijing, HK and Saipan offices. Prepare and publish newsletter and other company literature. Respond to information queries from media and the general public. Develop and maintain corporate image and logos. Maintain effective working relationships with local government and media. Develop and launch Internet web pages. Administration: Manage the facilities projects Manage purchasing projects, General affairs, incl. travel, equipment repairing and maintenance, fixed assets management and internal services. Develop and manage budget, make expenditure analysis

Qualification Requirements: College graduate or above, MBA is preferred but not necessary. have worked in the related professional field for a minimum of 2-4 years.
