| Job Duties: | To act as a team leader and is responsible for pre-tender planning / programming / scheduling and post tender monitoring / controlling; To direct the works of building services staff members to carry out coordination work in construction sites To manage staff members to carry out building services tendering and procurement To give technical guidance to project staff and building services staff and to solve technical problems To ensure building services expertise and manpower on site as required To liaise with the client on major building services related issues To collect and provide market information on technical know-how and building services equipment |

| Qualification Requirements: | Degree holder or equivalent in relevant discipline; Holder of Professional Membership or equivalent is highly preferable; Preference will be given to applicants having over 20 years of experience in the building construction industry and with a minimum of 6 years construction management or project management experience in managerial positions gained within building contractors or developers, 5 years of which was taking up a management role on large scale projects; Candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent leadership skills and be able to achieve / drive a team and work under pressure within a demanding environment. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Building Services Manager |
