| Job Duties: | • Oversee all finance function in regards to all issues related to Hospitality & Hotel Operations • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Hotel Operations complying with the Company’s strategic vision and plan • Periodically monitor the performance of the Company against the approved strategic objective and goals • Assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures • Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectives • Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and international accounting standards • Prepare financial reports and any analysis reports to enable a smoother decision making process for CEO and top management • Oversee daily operation of the Accounting Department • Provide effective leadership to hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded • Execute internal control procedures designed to safeguard owners’/investors’ assets • Provide coaching, training, development and supervision of Accounting staff to ensure efficient Financial Operations • Directing and coordinating other department staff on any issue related to Finance and Accounting • Analysis and interpretation of financial statements for the company operation • Provide friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers • Coordinate with external audit firm and participate in the annual audit plan of the operation • Preparation of budgets and financial reports and overseeing their evaluation • Monitoring investment policies and operations of the company • Managing operational data and maintaining data accuracy and integrity • Conducting account reconciliations and analysis • Assisting in the company’s monthly and yearly closing |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance • 15 years or above of experience in finance or accounting, minimum of 5 years from a well-established Casino / VIP Junket / 4 or 5 Star hotel/ Well-known property • Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in Finance/ Accounting area • Pre-opening experience is an advantage • Recognized post-graduate accounting qualifications and accreditation is a must, such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) • Good command of both English & Chinese languages to deal with Asian & International guests and communicate/manage employees of different level of positions in the Company • Demonstrated capacity to improve work flow and well-versed with all work processes within finance • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results • Experience in reviewing internal control and set up policies and procedures • Experience in corporate planning, strategic development and management analytical reports • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Proficiency in office software and other related accounting software • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Company |
