| Job Duties: | • Greet and engage guests throughout the resort • Ensure and provide a flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experience • Making our guests feel welcomed, informed, included and able to treat guests appropriately to have a memorable experience at our resort • Ability to build instant rapport with guests by projecting as a professional company image • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Manager – Butler Services/ Assistant Director – Butler Services or to carry out any other duties which are reasonably deemed to be consistent with the demands and responsibilities for this role • Assist in executing marketing/special events by displaying relevant themed costumes on stage and within the venue to provide background for chorus line to entertain audience • Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct |
