| Job Duties: | • Investment initiations in different industry and real estate property transactions for VIP Guests • Research and review zoning ordinances, construction regulations and environmental restrictions when considering property. • Make projections that assess potential profitability based on population growth, traffic patterns, local taxes and other factors. • Negotiate the purchase of land and manage the work of architects, construction companies and property managers. • Apply to localities to rezone land, perform impact analyses and receive building construction permits. • Review local performance, environment and safety if necessary • Assist in verifying all plants and items cost and bid project accordingly • Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for properties by estimating cost via read blueprints and technical documents • Assist in handling requests and enquiries from VIP guests, especially guests from Asian regions (China, Japan & Korea). • Support and review documents translation and memo preparation in both Chinese & English • Negotiate sale, lease, or development of property and complete or review appropriate documents and forms. • Analyze information on property values, taxes, zoning, population growth, and traffic volume and patterns to determine if properties should be acquired • Negotiate with government leaders, businesses, special interest representatives, and utility companies to gain support for new projects and to eliminate potential obstacles. • Negotiating short- and long-term loans to finance construction and ownership of structures. • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent qualifications. • Minimum of 1 year working experience in real estate and/or investment area. • Proven ability to work remotely and independently • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Mandarin, Japanese or Korean) • Solid analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach |
