| Job Duties: | Performs engineering duties in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities. Communicates with clients, contractors and other parties verbally and in writing. Prepares production reports and evaluation of reports versus approved project schedule. Prepares weekly and monthly progress evaluations, progress tracking and updating of schedules; document handling; submittal review and approval including payment applications. Prepares project status reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Coordinates with personnel in the office and project site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. Prepares cost estimates, materials sourcing and related tasks. |
