| Job Duties: | Conduct training needs analysis per year identifying all the training required for all gaming divisions. Ensure that a comprehensive yearly training plan is made for all gaming divisions, and review the training plan quarterly and make recommendations where necessary. Implement and evaluate training and development programs Liaise with professional bodies, training institutions and consultants to source out and develop with them appropriate programs where necessary Assist other gaming departments in preparing for Annual Departmental Training Plan Ensure that the Departmental Operational Budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled. Conduct the following Training Programs: Middle Management Development Program Frontline Employees Program Compliance Programs including but not limited to Anti-money laundering program; Responsible Gaming Awareness Program Assist the Training Manager in the smooth and efficient running Learning & Development Department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined are strictly adhered to. Manage an up-to-date Training Center fully-equipped with training documentation, training aids and facilities. Ensure the security of training facilities, equipment and materials. Ensure the maximum utilization of Departmental Trainers in conducting departmental training. Schedule regular meetings with respective Departmental Trainers and their Department Heads to discuss on Training matters. Work with the Departmental Trainers and ensure that they submit monthly schedules and conduct Monthly Departmental Training. Ensure that all documentation relating to successful and unsuccessful candidates are timely and properly processed. Exploit the local labor market and in organizing Career Talk. Counsel employee in career prospects, personal issues, job-related issues, etc. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline or equivalent. Work Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR, especially in the Learning & Development area. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. Management Skills: Experience in managing aspects of Learning & Development functions Training System: Experienced to set up and maintain a training record database and attendance in training system such as SAP that can efficiently manage training records Performance Management: In depth knowledge of performance management system to cultivate a performance based environment within the company. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua will be an advantage. |
