Job Duties: Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Summary of duties: Oversees the company’s stations operations, ensuring the daily performance of company goals and standards. Specific tasks: • Responsible for the hiring, appointing and training of the Station Leads and Cargo Manager. • Coordinates day-to-day airline activities with the Director of Operations and the Director of Maintenance. • Directs and oversees the marketing and sales effort for passengers and cargo relative to the local business market. • Coordinates with the Accounting Department personnel in their duties relative to budget preparation. Monitors departmental budget performance. • Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. • Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.
