| Job Duties: | Job Purpose • Responsible for the overall operation, supervision and administration of the Table Games Department. • Creates and promotes innovations and ideas for analysis, forecasting and evaluating strategies to maximize revenue. • Provides a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation within the department, and other departments. • Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies and within the realm of Company’s vision, mission and core values. Position Responsibilities: • Provides direction and oversight for the Table Games Department as well as selecting and mentoring a strong team of professionals. • Oversees analysis of table games performance information on a daily basis with goal of maximizing revenue. • Continually stimulates and builds staff morale, through coordinating and participating in team activities both within the department and with other departments to build an overall company team ethics. • Ensures compliance with company policy and Local Gaming Laws. • Maintains appropriate scheduling to satisfy the volume of gaming activity through regular assessment of Headcount, open table analysis encompassing the use of tools. General Responsibilities: • To develop and lead a strong team of dedicated professionals • Analyzes and interprets all data to maximize revenues • Innovates creatively regarding products and procedures to streamline the operation • Builds a culture of development within the department and inter departmental cooperation • Leads the setting up of new casinos |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Working Experience: Must have a proven track record of effective and successful management within the gaming industry. Experience in leading the setting up of new casino. Minimum of 10 years experience in senior casino management. • Educational Level: Post-Secondary education or above • Language: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage. • Interaction: With a passion for customer service, creativity and innovation. • Other requirements: Must possess excellent customer service skills, Interpersonal skills and communication skills. Must be an accomplished team leader with the ability to develop and mentor a team of professionals in a fast paced and ever evolving environment. Requires expertize to maximize revenues through strategic planning, must be able to design and implement departmental procedures in accordance with Company’s vision, mission and core values. |
