| Job Title: | Solar Energy Site Surveyor - Residential Solar |
| Job Duties: | To obtain the necessary technical data needed to facilitate the installation of solar photovoltaic systems.Conduct a physical site survey using a variety of equipment and tools including but not limited to; measuring devices, hand tools, various ladder types and sizes, and Personal Protective Equipment.Prepare site surveying documents as needed to coordinate with the MRE engineering department to produce permit-ready documents.Develop relationships with design professionals and install crews to support the business activities. Additional duties required as needed |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be skilled to obtain & communicate the necessary project information. Knowledge in areas of solar installations. A minimum of three (3) years experience in a discipline related to construction or building sciences; estimating or site auditing experience is preferred; photovoltaic installation experience is preferred. Experience with Energy Efficiency is strongly preferred. Ability to understand, read, and comprehends contract documents, plans and specifications; ability to stay organized and maintains project records.Excellent written and verbal communication skills required in order to prepare site audit documents and conduct site audit meetings with customers. Proficiency with computers and various applications including MS Office, MRE proprietary software, and smart phone applications The ability to read plans, specifications, diagrams, equipment submittals, and material data sheets. Knowledge of site surveying, construction sequencing, construction methods and materials; knowledge of residential electrical systems. |
