| Job Duties: | • Compile financial budgets and forecasts, prepare all budget and forecast deliverables. • Prepare, document and communicate monthly budget and forecast variance explanations. • Develop methods to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes. • Assist in the preparation and review of budget and forecast presentations for management. • Use analytical skills to sift through large amounts of data and turn this information into key qualitative and quantitative financial analysis. • Assist with financial planning and modeling. Create in depth financial models using databases, Excel and other software. • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement • Develop new tools and analyses, independently and collaboratively, to provide insights into business trends. • Create mathematical models that will improve analytical tools or provide advanced methods to research performance of sales and promotions. • Maintain fiscal budget reporting and monitors monthly variances to actual monthly results. • Apply statistical techniques to address practical issues. • Communicate complex analysis and results with recommendation to all levels of management, including senior management. • Responsible for generating weekly reports that include revenues, response on mailers and coupon offers, revenue generation from special events and other items as necessary. • Extract data from various systems/files and compile financial results of marketing programs • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts • Gathering and analyzing data, develops and communicates key conclusions on operational and financial results • Preparing and analyzing actual financial results, applying results in revision of future forecasts where appropriate. • Preparing spreadsheets and financial reports (graphs/draw charts) illustrating business trends, metrics, and forecasts. Identify areas for change and make appropriate recommendations • Prepare reports and projections based on the analysis • Evaluating current capital expenditures, depreciation and profit plans. • Exploring investment opportunities. • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Diploma or higher degree, preferably in Economic, Finance or related degree. • Minimum of 15 years related working experience in Finance & Accounting area. • Must be competent in the preparation of financial statements and reports • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to communicate in Chinese, Korean and/or Japanese is an advantage • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team. • Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance. |
