Job Title: Butler
Job Duties: • Reacts to situation to ensure guests received prompt attention and personal recognition throughout their stay • Provide smooth arrival registration and departure procedures • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Supply VIP guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities • Respond to and coordinate VIP guests request for special arrangements or services by making arrangements with designated vendors or identifying appropriate providers according to department and company standards • Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve calls, requests and/or issues • Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by senior butler from time to time • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Maintain and exceed hotel and company service standards • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times

Qualification Requirements: • Relevant experience in customer services in the Hotel/Casino industry is an advantage • High School graduate or above • Good problem solving, independent and communication skills • Patient, cheerful and positive personality • Ability to follow through and attention to detail • Has strong sense of teamwork and is committed to the team • Understand different cultures and diversity • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Ability to multi-task
