| Job Duties: | Plan and implement store's operations actual delivery of items to the customer. Formulate policies, managing daily activities and transactions, planning the use of materials and human resources, Review sales and activity reports or other performance data to assess productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or improvement. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Monitor supplies and inventories to ensure customer demand is being given. Coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations, Perform personnel selection, training, or evaluation. Plan sales promotion, set price or credit limits based on forecast and customer demand. Manage the movement of goods in and out of facilities . Develop product marketing strategies including advertising or sales promotions.
