| Job Duties: | Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager and the front office staff in handling Japanese guests in an efficient, gracious, and professional manner. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies for the Japan market. Promote the establishment and its services. Identify, develop, or evaluate Japan marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets and expenditures. Develop pricing strategies, balancing establishment objectives and customer satisfaction. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings. Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers and advertisers to market products or services. |
