| Job Duties: | Assists maintenance in performing duties as follows: (1) Repairs and maintains physical structures of commercial and industrial establishments, such as office buildings, warehouse and store areas, office equipment and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools; (2) Replace defective electrical switches and other fixtures; (3) Monitors and maintains in-house generator, and refrigeration units; (4) Trouble shoots and conducts minor repairs of company vehicles/delivery vans; (5) Paints structures and repairs wood works with carpenter’s tools; (6) Repairs plumbing fixtures, repairs blusters and lays bricks.; (7) May be required to do other jobs. |
