| Job Duties: | Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as looking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards or not created. Must be able to perform regular repairs and maintenance, faucet change, plumbing, toilet tank repair, water pump, simple construct shelves and table. Put and remove typhoon shutter, landscaping and cutting grass at two branches. Clean and minor repair of company car. Service clean or supply restrooms daily. Gather and empty trash. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use and mixing of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisitions of supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum High School Diploma, plus a few months to one year. recent experience doing custodial work or general maintenance work in commercial building or other commercial establishments. Must be able to perform minor general building maintenance. Must be able to work flexible hours to 5:00 am. to 7:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm. to 9:00 p.m. Must be off excellent physical health to lift and use heavy cleaning equipment and furniture and fixtures. Applicant must be of good moral character, be able to work flexible hours, good work ethics, reliable, and stress tolerant.
