| Job Duties: | Manages the development and implementation of standardized Learning & Development programs and policies that drives employee development and growth; Provides input in overall Orientation Framework; Develop companywide Customer Service Programs for frontline employees Establish systems to ensure all Compliance and Mandatory training are effectively carried out; Establish companywide Learning Academy that enables each tier of employees to receive proper supervisory and leadership training; Establish Training Council with all Departmental Trainers to enable all Departmental training are carried out as required. Work with Employee Relations and Security to ensure Responsible Gaming trainings are properly and effectively conducted Perform Training Analysis for each department and adapt to changes according to Operational needs. Develop programs to allow the corporation to embrace applicants and employees of all backgrounds and to permit the full development and performance of all employees Provide coaching and support to key leaders in the creation of robust development plans that meet succession and development needs. Develop and administer a process which focuses on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs. Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments as appropriate using a variety of tools. Coordinate with business partners and compensation and ensure the continued roll out of a consistent performance evaluation process that focuses employee's efforts on the achievement of business goals and attainment of requisite skills/competencies to sustain profitable growth Identify and analyze organization effectiveness opportunities and recommend initiatives that address opportunities based on business strategy. Oversee administration of HRIS for managing Learning & Development data. Prepare budgetary recommendations that meet departmental goals and provide for effective management of resources. Set and measure Key Performance Indicators for Learning & Development and develop Performance Management System and guidelines for Annual appraisals Work with other HR functioning team to ensure company goals are achieved Thrive to become employer of choice in gaming industry. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MA HR); Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR management and/or generalist experience supporting professionals in a global environment with particular focus in Learning & Development area. Relevant industry experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills; Sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; Exercise good judgment and discretion; Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping; Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to achieve business results; Excellent business acumen Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including, performance management, management development programs and trainee programs; Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and does not hesitate to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and experienced with HRMS systems; Experienced and knowledgeable in training system such as SAP that can efficiently manage training records In depth knowledge of performance management system to cultivate a performance based environment within the company. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time.
