| Job Duties: | Track and manage all AV requests received from user departments Supervise other technicians in the departments, taking responsibility, as required, for their day to day activities Event project planning and scheduling Fault handling and tracking of all AV fault related tickets raised through to resolution Troubleshoot AV & VC related technology issues through to complete resolution Provide break/fix, moves/add/change services as required Proactively train and support end-users Supervise meetings / Events as required in coordination of equipment as required Locate faults or problems & provide solutions on a first line basis include work around, if problem is critical Manage consumables & stock holding of on-site spares |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: College Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum Work Experience: Display an excellent understanding of audio and video equipment used within the event industry and have a minimum 5 years’ experience in the project coordination, including the installation and operation of, all aspects of audio visual equipment in the casino industry Experience in formal problem management processes and handling of difficult users/customers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation.
