| Job Duties: | Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager or his/her designee. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. Design, plan organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees or customers. Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure Manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. Works in coordination with the Grants an Administrator in locating and procuring grant funding for employee development. Reviews, tracks and/or performs audits of program data, financial records, activity records, testing data, and/or other types of functional documentation; identifies issues; prepares summaries and notifies appropriate resources of results; adheres to and provides required regulatory reporting and documentation. Receives, reviews and verifies forms and documents; enters, updates and maintains information systems. Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Human Resources or directly related field and 4 years of general professional human resource-related experience in Employee Development and Trainings; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Knowledge of: Applicable Federal, Commonwealth and local laws, codes, regulations and/or ordinances; Education and training; Human Resource principles and practices; Program administration principles; Customer service principles; Mathematical concepts; Research methods; Database and records management principles; Modern office technology. Skill In: Interpreting and applying applicable laws, codes, regulations and standards; Administering and monitoring programs, policies and processes; Instructing; Learning strategies; Active Learning; Speaking; Monitoring; Coordinating the implementation of human resource services; Researching and analyzing program-related data and resource information; Providing customer service; Interpreting policies and providing relevant information and guidance; Prioritizing work in order to meet time-sensitive program deadlines; Tracking and auditing data, forms, records and documentation; Preparing reports, correspondence, and program support materials; Updating and maintaining information systems and confidential records; Coordinating and assisting with projects; Utilizing a computer and relevant software applications; Utilizing communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, and others to sufficiently exchange or convey information and to receive work direction..
