| Job Duties: | • Oversees and manages all travel itineraries of all clients from overseas. • Manage and direct client communications • Coordinating client logistical and entertainment activities focused on the specific business area; • Organize and prepare for client meetings • Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve client concerns or requests. • Conduct meetings with Operations and Reporting staff to identify areas of concern and assist in the implementation of work flow changes when necessary. • Track media coverage and provide an analysis to the Office of the President, the Executive and Management teams • Coordinating client logistical and entertainment activities focused on the specific business area; • Organize and prepare for client meetings; • Assists in developing and executing communication strategies • Lead cross functional teams in delivering high quality work products under set timelines. • Overnight travel will be required • This is a remote (home office) based position • Other duties as assigned |
