Job Title: F&B Supervisor II
Job Duties: In the absence of a Manager/Assistant Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known. Assisting in ensuring all staff is properly trained on quality and service standards. Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shifts and logs all complaints in log book for further follow-up. Supervise cash handling and banking procedure. Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports and compile required statistics. Establish and instruct all staff in cash security procedures. Deal with irregular payments. Supervise the maintenance of service equipment. Control stock and monitor security procedures. Assist with drink menu and wine list creation. Supervise function and outlet services. Works on manpower planning and management needs in the bar. Works in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget Monitor the recording of stock movement and inventory control of beverage product. Monitor standards of guest facilities and services. Involve and take positive actions to meeting the department objectives. Proactive in maximizing sales and generating revenue. Input new ideas for service and products to maintain competitive and leading edge.

Qualification Requirements: Required Skills – Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflect highly on the facility, the brand, and the Company. Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health, food handler card as required by local government agency. Skilled in problem solving and training. Mist be able to speak, read, and write in English. Preferred to be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin. Must be computer literate. Qualifications – Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience – 2 Years related experience or an equivalent of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. 1 Year related experience or an equivalent combination of high volume lounge or night club experience.
