| Job Duties: | Successful candidate to this position will have at the minimum, a few months to 1 year of commercial cleaning experience mainly providing basic to advance cleaning services of which to include the ability to use and control a variety of cleaning tools, equipment, and machinery for the purpose of stripping, sealing, and waxing of all types of flooring. Candidate in this position must be well versed in solution mixing and storage safety. Candidate must also know how to buff and polish floors of all types, provide shampoo of carpeting of all types, steaming, and drying control. Candidate will provide for basic cleaning to include: sweeping, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms (walls, floors, sinks, dispensers, urinals, toilets, fixture, etc...), hallways, designated rooms which may include single and multi-offices, conference rooms, employee lounge rooms, clean and disinfecting of kitchen appliances and fixtures, removal of trash into proper garbage receptacles following replacement of can liners after disinfection is administered. Candidate will dust all furniture, desks, mills, panels, counters, shelves, etc... Candidate will deodorize, disinfect, and vacuum all carpeted areas, steam mop flooring, clean all interior and exterior windows including shutters, if any, water office plants, if any, make arrangements with senior management on dates of service to perform polishing and shampoo practices, and other duties as may be assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidate must possess a Valid CNMI Driver's License, hold a High School Diploma, GED, or ADI Certification. He or she must have a clean driving record and must provide a current CNMI Police Clearance at the time of hiring. He or she must be able to speak, read, and write in English and must be able to communicate efficiently and accurately. Candidate must submit 2 letters of recommendation from PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS along with contact information beginning with the most recent employment at the date and time of interview. Candidate must be able to work independently or in groups and as assigned. Able to lift 40 lbs. Candidate must possess traits of a team player while promoting brand loyalty. Previous employment will be verified as well as education and experience requirement. |
