| Job Duties: | 1. Review specifications in blueprints and building plans to prepare the project layout and determine dimensions and material required. 2. Install flooring and sidings. 3. Maintain records, document actions and present written progress reports. 4. Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level. 5. Remove defective or damaged parts or sections of structures and repair or replace with the use of hand tools. 6. Ensure that safety rule and regulations are established and followed to maintain a safe environment. 7. Prepare construction sites to eliminate possible safety & health hazards. |
