| Job Duties: | • Manage the Spa team to ensure the operational standards are effective and efficient • Lead the Spa team to ensure the treatments are maximized with the most cost effective management • Drive the day spa programs, treatment bookings and retail sales • Ensure consistency of delivery of exceptional guest experiences • Ensure the achievement of retail and treatment targets together with inventory maintenance • Implement systems to monitor operational standards on a daily, weekly and monthly basis • Have complete responsibility for the Health & Safety of the Spa • Maintain high quality facilities and services in line with policies and procedures • Deliver exceptional customer experience • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in spa operations in a 5 star hotel / well known property including 2 – 3 years’ supervisory experience • High School graduate or equivalent; or above • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent within the spa and beauty sector and possess prior experience within similar status Spas either as a destination experience or as part of a luxury Resort facility • Experience gained in an international luxury property or cruise ship environment would be advantageous • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills • Strong problem solving, leadership and motivational skills • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
