| Job Title: | Hair Stylist Assistant |
| Job Duties: | • Provide hair care services for guests by exceeding both customer service and technical skill expectations • Assist Hair Stylist in providing excellent hair care by greeting guests, shampooing, offering beverages and assisting in the cleanup of hair services and on occasion finishing a hair service or applying treatments when necessary • Communicate all treatments and services to the guest and ensuring acknowledgements needed • Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary work environment; including sanitizing, disinfecting, and sweeping as necessary • Responsible for restocking all necessary supplies including but not limited to hair products, towels, capes, robes, beverages, etc. • Awareness of guest experience at all times, smile and make eye contact, communicate professionally • Attend required training classes and incorporate new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Experience working in a Salon with an emphasis on Hair Styling is preferred • High School graduate or equivalent; or above is preferred • Good manual dexterity • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Positive and hardworking attitude • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task |
