| Job Duties: | 1. Communicating the job to and with the crew. 2. Assign crew tasks. 3. Recognizing, addressing and resolving issues/problems among/between crew members. 4. Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity. 5. Ensure crew compliance with project policies and procedures. 6. Ensuring crew compliance with company policies and procedures. 7. Translating general work requirements into a prioritized work plan for the crew. 8. Working with the crew to overcome work challenges. 9. Periodically reassess daily goals to meet forecasted production. 10. On-site assessment prior to commencing work to ensure that the job is ready, and addressing any concerns. 11. Overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, ensuring that the crew works to job specifications and follows the plans. 12. Inspecting completed work. 13. Maintain site foreman's log & site reports. 14. Reporting on work progress. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicants must have a high school diploma or have 2 to 3 year experience as a qualified and competent foreman. Must be able to read blue prints or specifications to determine work requirements. Must be knowledgeable in constructing pre-fabricated homes. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools required in the construction of pre- fabricated homes. Applicant must be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese. |
