| Job Duties: | Apply painting system for decoration work,door furniture and any other components involved in the project, and ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. Co-operate with other decoration workers and cable wiring technician to ensure the work fit to the technical and functional needs, in terms of both technical aspects and installation schedule. Inspect, observe, foresee, and prevent conflicts with other worker and/or mechanical systems from other partners/sub-contractors involved in the project, report to superior and negotiate/co-ordinate with other partners/sub-contractors directly onsite when necessary. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent apprenticeship, related on the job experience. Minimum of 3 years working experiences as a painter. Possess of relevant skill, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national decoration operations for the benefits of people and property. Knowledge of relevant equipment for decoration work, including use, connection, and maintenance. Ability to follow engineering instructions and diagram, rules and regulations. Ability to read and understand precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Willing to follow instructions and orders from superiors; Willing to work closely with other colleagues, especially with Chinese colleagues; Must have a good team work spirits. Must be physically fit and able to work in shifts. |
