Job Title: Audio-Video Technician
Job Duties: 1. Monitor incoming and outgoing pictures and sound feeds to ensure quality and notify the Manager of any possible problems. 2. Monitor broadcasting operations to ensure proper functioning. 3. Install, adjust, and operate electronic equipment to record, edit and transmit audio and video programs, pictures, video conferencing, or multimedia presentations. 4. Diagnose and resolve media system problems. 5. Operate control consoles for sound, lighting or video. Determine formats, approaches, content, levels, and mediums to effectively meet objectives within budget, using research, knowledge, and training. 6. Determine technical requirements of productions or projects. 7. Mix and regulate sound inputs and feed or coordinate audio feeds with television pictures. 8. Compress, digitise, duplicate, and store audio and video data. 9. Maintain records, documents, or other files. Set up still or video cameras or related equipments. 10. Notify supervisors when major equipment repairs are needed. 11. Perform minor repairs and routine cleaning of audio and video equipment. 12. Collaborate with others to determine technical details of productions. 13. Coordinate logistics for productions or events. 14. Control the lights and sound of events, such as live concerts, before and after performances, and during intermissions. 15. Maintain inventories of material, equipment, or products. 16. Maintain log of production activities. 17. Construct and position properties, sets, lighting equipment and other equipment. 18. Assist with other tasks as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: High School Graduate or higher with experience in setting up and operating light and sound equipment. Preferrd to communicate in both English and Chinese. Self-Motivated, well-organized, confident and polite.
