| Job Duties: | • To be responsible for Transportation day to day operations • To supervise and ensure the smooth running of Transportation Services • To develop and maintain good employee relations through intelligent interpretation and conscientious application of Company personnel policies • To maintain complete and readily accessible files and records necessary for effective operations and future reference • To interpret company policies and procedures for colleagues. Work diligently to achieve goals, plan and budget established for his/her department in co-operation with the departmental Management • To recommend improvements for the department, improving services, increasing revenue or reducing cost • To handle and behave himself/herself appropriately in keeping with the Company standards and reflects well on the department • To ensure the proper security (control of undesirables), cleanliness and maintenance of the foyer, driveways. • To conduct shift briefing to ensure that all Transportation colleagues are kept up to date of the latest information • To ensure that other department are kept fully informed of any situation, problems or difficulties where their assistance might be needed • To ensure punctuality and proper manner of work in the area • To ensure fire and safety hazards are removed in the work area • To ensure that additional responsibilities that may be implemented from time to time are properly executed by colleagues • To control traffic flow in the departmental vicinity • Provide friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance. • Provide friendly, efficient and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers • Participate in community projects or activities in order to promote the Company’s image and cooperation to improve community relationship. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school diploma required, college degree or equivalent in related field preferred. • Minimum of 1-year experience in Hotel/ Transportation/ Concierge area. • Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries • Self-motivated, organized, confident, friendly and polite. • Customer service oriented, excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software, including operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand. • Must be able to multi-task |
