| Job Duties: | Lead the HR&A’s (Human Resources & Administration) day-to-day tasks. Support management by providing Human Resources advice, counsel, and decision making by analyzing information and applications. Implement Human Resources strategy by establishing department’s accountabilities. includes Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Employment Process, Compensation and Benefits, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Visa Processing, etc. Formulate local & global recruitment strategies and plans to adhere company business objectives. Prepare and implement long-term strategies to attract local talents/candidates to apply for positions with the company. Manage the application process, monitor search, interview, and offer positions for candidates who apply with the company. Review, assist and understand department recruitment needs and objectives and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans for the department. Assist department to prepare recruitment budget and headcounts for approval from time to time, and obtain approval from company management. Review and implement competitive strategies for Compensation & Benefits plans for the company. Manage and negotiate with external parties related to providing Human Resources services. Provide resources, training and coaching to team members. Drive ad-hoc projects as required. Perform and complete other tasks assigned by from management in a timely manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a Degree or Diploma in business related fields. 10 years or more working experience in various industries and fields. 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Headhunting, and Outsourcing fields gained from casino industries. Must has 3 years’ experience gained from Integrated Casino & Hotel Resorts and have participated in a “Pre-Opening Team” in Human Resources Department, specialized in Recruitment and other HR Functions, experience gained from Asia regions. Must have proven track record in recruiting management roles gained from Casino industries. Well-versed and hands on knowledge across all Departments Functions in Casino industries. Relevant Global Recruitment experience. Experience in recruiting Top-to-Bottom positions gained from Asia regions. Excellent analytical skills. Effective planning and project management skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the Chinese Language is an advantage. Well-versed in computer applications knowledge and Microsoft Office suite |
