| Job Duties: | 1. Assist in processing, verifying, and maintaining personnel related documentation, including staff housing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications and employee leaves of absence. 2. Explaining company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants in the absence of the HR Manager. 3. Examining employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions. 4. Assist in compiling and preparing reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities. 5. Assist in arranging for in-house housing of employees. Keeps track of housed employees and available units. Predetermines best suitable housing arrangements for employees. Solves problematic situations with employees housing. 6. Lead the team to monitor with security clearance check and employee housing facilities and maintenance. 7. Arranges car rentals for senior management and ensure all vendors are paid on time and charge the appropriate department. Confidentiality is a priority at all times. Be aware of all governmental regulations and comply with them 8. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies 9. Provide outstanding guest service by being consistently helpful and courteous to all Guests & Employees. 10. Assist in translation and accommodation for non-English speaking Guests & Employees. 11. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Department and Company policies 12. Maintain a working knowledge of various casino policies and procedures |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. Must be Bachelor Degree holder, prefer HR and Data management background. 2. Five years of experience in human resources or general administration. 3. Two years managerial experience. 4. Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner. 5. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. 6. Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings. 7. Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information. 8. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently. 9. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality. 10. Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback. 11. Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English in order to qualify. 12. Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. |
