| Job Duties: | 1. Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional designs. 2. Identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. 3. Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact. 4. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections. 5. Compile project specifications. 6. Keep within timelines. 7. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations. 8. Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project. 9. Plan or direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, or repair of facilities or equipment. 10. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicants must have an Associates Degree or higher with 3 to 5 years experience as an Architect. Must be able to read blue prints or specifications to determine work requirements. Must be knowledgable in the construction of pre-fabricated homes. Applicant must be knowledgable in the use of computers & has an advanced knowledge with CAD Software, Photoshop and 3DMax. Preferably Applicant able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese. |
