| Job Duties: | • Oversee the development and production of promotional and collateral materials • Oversee the marketing and social media campaign of the hotel • Support the hotel in generating profitable revenue to increase RevPAR, market share, and brand awareness • Handle guest, agencies and companies from local area and all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Implementing established marketing vehicles within the hotel property such as email • Promoting the hotel brand in international area • Communicate program details for properties • Coordinate with other department leaders • Through leadership and supervision encourage behaviors that promote health and safety responsibility, accountability and awareness • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 3 years’ experience in Marketing in a 5-star hotel / well known property including 2 years’ supervisory experience • Bachelor’s Degree Holder or equivalent working experience • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Proactive and innovative problem solver • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Ability to multi-task |
