| Job Duties: | • Planning, Organizing, Implementing proactive room sales strategies • Developing new and existing customers to meet or exceed revenue goals • Maintaining key accounts with national and international companies • Handle guest, agencies and companies from local area and all over the world • Promoting the hotel brand in local area • Staying on top of rate management and yield • Training and developing staff • Maintain excellent communication with the all supporting departments • Identify areas to improve communication and the smooth flow of information between departments • Manage, coach and develop all team members within the department to ensure competence, performance and succession objectives are met • Manage departmental and individual absenteeism and turnover levels to meet targets • Develop and organize appropriate training to ensure competency standards are maintained • Work with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers • Through leadership and supervision encourage behaviors that promote health and safety responsibility, accountability and awareness • Adhere to all Company policies and procedures • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing at a 5-star hotel / well known property including 2 years’ supervisory experience • Bachelor’s Degree Holder or equivalent working experience • Possess exceptional sales, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of group meeting sales, revenue optimization, presentation; knowledge of hotel and competitive market • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Proactive and innovative problem solver • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Ability to multi-task |
