| Job Duties: | • Alleviate administrative aspects of Manager - Hotel Administration’s day to day tasks • Perform secretarial duties for Department, including preparing correspondence, screening telephone calls, and organizing appointments • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials and minutes • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail • Assist with all aspects of administrative management, human resources, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage • Manage inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring critical level of stocks, sourcing for suppliers and submitting invoice • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, priorities work and follow through on issues in a timely manner • Suggest ways to reduce costs without affecting the quality and standard of the Department or the resort • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications • Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems • Receive visitors courteously • Manage files, reports, letters, memos and other relevant business documents • Perform multifaceted general office support • Keep the office clean and tidy • Perform multifaceted general office support • Assist in all day-to-day operation matters • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ administration/secretarial experience • Experience in 5-star hotel/well-known property is an advantage • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related discipline • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage |
