Job Title: Hotel Operations Trainer
Job Duties: • Coordinate all initial and recurring training sessions • Maintain and track training dates, records and associated paperwork • Assist in the development and modification of training programs • Assist the training with staff coming from Asia and international countries in an accurate and effective manner • Ensure confidentiality of all restricted or sensitive information of the department • Liaise and arrange all guests inquiries and requests • Good understanding of the system and ready to support when situation arises • Assist in preparing Profit & Loss Report, Expenses Report and any administrative related duties • Arrange regular and ad-hoc meetings, briefings, conferences and other travel arrangements • Coordinate all activities and organization within the department • Maintain a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external guests. • Provide administrative support in the following areas: - Typing, filing, photocopying, translating, memos, faxes, compiling data etc. - Departmental policies and procedures, SOP • Maintain personnel records of all departmental staff accurately and provide timely and accurate feedback to superior on leave balance and payroll issues • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: • Previous relevant experience, preferably in a 5 star hotel / well known property • High school graduate/GED or above • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Ability to multi-task
