| Job Duties: | • Extensive mowing and weeding on all types of terrain • Transplant and prune trees and shrubs • Operate motor vehicles including truck/trailer combinations • Fertilize and generally maintain lawn area and sprinkler systems • Maintain flower beds, biennials and perennials • Repair irrigation systems • Apply pesticides; spray trees and shrubs and direct the operation of spraying equipment • Maintain records of pesticide application • Adhere to all Company policies and procedure • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Perform other duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Previous relevant experiences is an advantage, preferably with 5 star hotel • High School graduated or above • Knowledge of organic gardening methods and techniques • Valid driver’s license • Responsible and independent • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Ability to multi-task, Physical Requirements, • Ability to stand, walk, or bend for extended periods of time • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects on frequent basis without assistance |
