Job Title: Senior Project Engineer
Job Duties: • Oversee/manage daily operation and preventive maintenance of all maintenance, refurbishment, improvement works for both builders and engineering related works • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and staff from both Chinese and International countries, and monitor maintenance of existing buildings/premises and provide recommendation for improvement • Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all builders works/E&M/A&A works facilities are maintained • Analyze all works/maintenance quotations • Manage budget, progress and effectiveness of all works. Lead the team of Engineers & Technicians to handle all projects/maintenance relative works including manpower resources allocation & management • Follow up with department head’s instruction for any projects/maintenance relative issues Provide professional support and technical advice to the team for any potential and/or assigned projects • Set-up Training and/or Operation Manuals • Set-up the preventative maintenance programs • Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment • Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, repair of equipment and all related engineering systems • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports • Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using drafting tools or computer-assisted design (CAD) or drafting equipment and software • Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information • Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Conduct research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components, or systems • Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. • Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification • Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs • Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or above in related discipline • 2 to 5 years of experience in a facilities management firm • Professional Qualification would be an added advantage • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken) • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming • Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions
