| Job Duties: | Manages the development and implementation of standardized HR programs and policies that drive innovation and employee engagement. Implements and develops structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance across the company. Serves as a strategic resource and trusted advisor with internal stakeholders. Partners with leadership to grow diverse leadership, talent and technical capability in the business. Talent acquisition and retention. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring attraction and selection of gaming talents across the region. Evaluates, selects and then manages relationships with executive and specialized search firms. Negotiates fees and audits quality. Provide and direct innovative sourcing solutions for difficult to fill or unique roles to ensure the timely fill of openings. Plays a consultative role in employee communication initiates. Maintains in depth knowledge of domestic and international legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance including all expatriate employment matters. Provides input to compensation strategy, salary planning, job evaluation and short- and long-term incentives. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers if applicable. Strategic development and management of cost effective benefit programs in compliance with domestic and international laws. Manages benefits and payroll administration. Serve as the focal point of communications among stake holders, management team, employees and the local community. | Qualification Requirements: | Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) or Human Resources is preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive HR management and/or generalist experience supporting professional in a global environment. Relevant industry experience is preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, Communication and influencing skills; sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high energy environment. Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective internal customer/business partner relationships in order to gain support and achieve results; demonstrate unquestionable ethics and values. Exercise good judgment and discretion. Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accurate record keeping. Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to achieve business results. Excellent business acumen. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including, recruiting, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, employment laws, benefits. Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and does not hesitate to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
