| Job Duties: | Direct and coordinate with supportive staff. Prepare operational reports and schedule to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Acquire, distribute and store office and chemical supplies. Analyze internal process, recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply change or disposal of records. Monitor facility to ensure safety and maintenance. Recommend to hire and terminate administrative staff and workers. Oversee the maintenance of company vehicles. Prepare monthly invoices. In-charge with accounting receivables, collections and deposits. |
